AATA Online is an online database of the Getty Conservation Institute in association with the International Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works. It has more than 100,000 abstracts of worldwide literature related to the management and conservation of international material cultural heritage.
Bibliographic Database of the Conservation Information Network - BCIN
The Bibliographic Database of the Conservation Information Network provides access to over 190,000 bibliographic citations for conservation literature gathered by a worldwide network of contributors. It is operated by the Canadian Heritage Information Network (CHIN).
Canadian Conservation Institute - CCI
The CCI library contains more than 10,000 books and 400 journal subscriptions on a wide range of conservation and museum topics.
The Getty Conservation Institute Information Center
The Getty Conservation Institute Information Center has a searchable online library catalogue with over 500,000 bibliographic records for the 800,000 volumes of books, serials, and auction catalogues in the general and special collections, as well as descriptive records of approximately 3,000 archival and photographic collections.
The Hornemann Institut
The Hornemann Institute databank contains abstracts of conservation theses from various universities, details of conservation projects and of the specialists working on them.
ICOM - International Council of Museums
The ICOM website contains bibliographic lists on various conservation topics. Content is closely related to ICOM publications.
ICOMOS - International Council on Monuments and Sites
The ICOMOS bibliographical database contains more than 27.000 bibliographic references. It can be searched at the Centre and online.
INP - Institut national du patrimoine
The INP, a training institution for heritage curators and conservators, provides access through a single documentary gateway to the Documentation Resource Centre (over 16,000 entries), the Library of the Department of Conservators (45,000 entries), and the Works Documentation Service.
The Union Catalogue
The online Union Catalogue of three German research institutes (in Florence, Munich,and Rome) has over 811,000 entries, of which 248,000 are journal articles.
