We are using PayPal, a secure payment method, for regular online purchases. Prices are in Euro and do not include shipping and handling charges.
Courier services are available for purchases made with a credit card or bank transfer. Publications paid for with PayPal will be sent by regular surface mail. Shipping is handled by the Italian Postal Service; thus, ICCROM cannot process complaints pertaining to delays. Please allow a delivery time from 5 days to 180 days depending on the kind of shipment and the destination country. Always quote our invoice number in correspondence.
