ICCROM welcomes Dr Hicran Topçu who has been awarded a three-months ICCROM Fellowship from January to April 2006.

Dr Topçu who participated in ICCROM’s International Course on Integrated Territorial and Urban Conservation 2003, Rome, Italy (ITUC03), holds a PhD in Architectural Restoration from the Middle East Technical University (M.E.T.U.) in Ankara.

During her stay at ICCROM, she will be carrying-out research on 'Risk Management for Cultural Heritage in South East Anatolia - a pilot study for the cultural landscape of Hasankeyf'.
