19 January. ICCROM regrets to record that Sanjiv Srivastava a former ICCROM course participant, died on 18 December 2006 at the age of 41.

Sanjiv was Assistant Horticulture Officer at the Indira Gandhi National Museum of Mankind, Bhopal, India. In addition to his responsibility of conserving the landscape of the open-air section of the museum, he was in charge of museum security.

As a participant he made a valuable contribution to the ICCROM course on 'Teamwork for Integrated Emergency Management (TIEM/MEP)' (2005-2006).
