7 May. On 3 May, the Director General, Mounir Bouchenaki participated in a Seminar on the 'Integrated Management of Cultural Heritage Landscapes'.

The event was organized by Pietro Folena, President of the Commission of Culture, Science and Education at the Chamber of Deputies of the Italian Parliament, and included the participation of President Giovanni Puglisi, Rector of IULM University (Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione) in Milan and President of the UNESCO Italian National Commission, and Engelbert Ruoss, Director of the UNESCO Regional Office of Venice.
