9 June. This month, ICCROM is hosting a series of courses on the use of SICaR, a geographic information system developed for the documentation of restoration projects. The programme is promoted by the Directorate for the Cultural Heritage and Environment of the Lazio Region.

The event was organized within the project ARTPAST (Applicazione informatica in rete per la tutela e la valorizzazione del Patrimonio culturale nelle aree sottoutilizzate), and was coordinated by the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage (MiBAC) with the scientific support of the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa. A total of ninety six participants will be involved in this series of courses led by Ms Clara Baracchini.
