3 November. ICCROM’s ‘Sharing Conservation Decisions’ international course started in Rome today.

The biennial course offers a dedicated platform for conservation professionals from various disciplines and different cultural backgrounds to share their knowledge and experiences, and to discuss and practice decision-making issues, concepts, and tools.

Present at the inauguration were: Mounir Bouchenaki, Director-General, ICCROM; Caterina Bon Valsassina, Director, Istituto Superiore per la Conservazione ed il Restauro (ISCR), Rome; Lidia Rissotto, Centro Conservazione e Restauro 'La Venaria Reale', Turin; and Carlo Lalli, Opificio delle Pietre Dure, Florence.

Information on the course will be provided regularly.
