IIC (International Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works)
12 May. From 7 to 8 May, ICCROM hosted the IIC Council meeting.
IIC, an independent professional association, is composed of conservators and restorers, conservation scientists, architects, educators and students, collection managers, curators, art historians and other cultural heritage professionals. It was created in 1950 to promote the knowledge, methods and working standards needed to protect and preserve historic and artistic works throughout the world.
