The relaunched SOIMA website is dedicated to them, and provides a space for communication, information and mutual support. It is a dynamic and interactive platform that reaches out to SOIMA participants, lecturers and others interested in exchanging knowledge and experience. By consolidating SOIMA International Course materials, and providing easy access to the resources, knowledge, practices and projects of SOIMA participants and lecturers, this website supports and motivates professionals in charge of audiovisual collections so that they may overcome specific management or preservation challenges.

Like other community initiatives, the SOIMA website will remain dynamic and relevant only through the growth and participation of its members.
