| New Intern at ICCROM
7 February. ICCROM is pleased to welcome Giulia Cotta from Italy, who will be carrying out an internship at ICCROM through April 2013. Giulia holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Florence and has worked at the UNESCO office of Florence together with the Faculty of Architecture of Florence.
During her internship at ICCROM, Giulia will be working on the Improving Conservation and Management Practices in World Heritage programme. She will prepare a case study outlining key issues related to the preparation of the buffer zone and management plan (including visual impact) for the World Heritage property of Florence. This case study will be used in the future for capacity building activities as part of the World Heritage Capacity Building programme.
