18 March. ICCROM is pleased to welcome Elena Musumeci from Italy, who will be carrying out an internship in the Archives until June 2013.

Elena is finalizing her post-graduate studies on archival science at the Scuola di Specializzazione in Beni Archivistici e Librari, La Sapienza University of Rome. During her internship she will elaborate a preservation plan for the audiovisual collection kept in the ICCROM archives. The work foresees carrying out a condition assessment survey of the audiovisual material, and producing a project plan aimed at their reformatting and physical conservation.

This internship is taking place thanks to an agreement recently signed with La Sapienza University of Rome to receive university students for short periods.
