On 27 July, a group of sixteen undergraduate students from Rutgers, The State
University of New Jersey, visited ICCROM. They were accompanied by Tod A. Marder,
Professor II, Department of Art History
Director, Certificate Program in Historic Preservation
Rutgers. After a presentation about ICCROM and its current activities by Aparna Tandon, Project Specialist, Collections Unit, the group was taken on a tour of the library and the laboratory.

On 21 July, a delegation of cultural heritage experts from New Zealand, visited ICCROM. The group included: Mr Tumu te Heuheu, Paramount Chief of Tongariro, National Park and Chair of the World Heritage Committee; Tata Lawton, Tumuaki, Kahui Kura Taiao, General Manager Maori Issues, Department of Conservation. They met with the Director-General, Mounir Bouchenaki, Joe King, Director, Sites Unit, Catherine Antomarchi, Director, Collections Unit, Gamini Wijesuriya, Project Manager, and Maria Teresa Iaquinta, Italian Government Development Cooperation Coordinator.
