On 27 August, Rev Fr Isidro Abaño, OP, Secretary General of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) and Director of the UST Museum of Arts and Sciences, and Mr Ryan Palad,
Director, Government Service Insurance System Museum and UST Cultural Heritage Postgraduate Student, visited ICCROM. They met with Katriina Simila, Project Manager, Collections Unit, Jérôme Nhan, CollAsia 2010 Assistant, and Ana Labrador, ICCROM Fellow, and discussed future collaboration.
The
University of Santo Tomas (UST) was a co-organizer of the CollAsia 2010 international workshop on Conservation of Southeast Asian Collections in Storage in 2006 in Manila.
