On 27 May, a group of heritage professionals from Korea, led by Mr Byoung-Sun CHOI, Leader of Korean Cultural Heritage Administration (CHA), visited ICCROM. On behalf of the Director-General, they were welcomed by Bruno Pisani, Manager of Finance and Administration; Jukka Jokilehto, Advisor to the Director-General of ICCROM; and Joe King, Sites Unit Director. After presentations on ICCROM activities they were given a tour of the Library and the Laboratory.

On 23 May, a group of nine students taking part in the workshop 'Conservazione e restauro dei siti UNESCO', Faculty of Architecture, Politecnico di Torino, visited ICCROM. The group was led by Prof Tatiana Kirova, coordinator of the workshop and lecturer at the Politecnico. Following presentations on ICCROM's work by Joe King, Sites Unit Director, they were given a tour of the Library.

On 19 May, Ioanna Kakoulli, Assistant Professor of Archaeological Materials Science and Conservation, UCLA, with joint appointment in The Cotsen Institute of Archaeology, UCLA/Getty Conservation Program, visited ICCROM. She met with the Director-General, Mounir Bouchenaki; Catherine Antomarchi, Collections Unit Director; and José Luiz Pedersoli Jr, Conservation Scientist.
