On 24 April, ICCROM received a visit from a group of fifteen students from the Faculty of Architecture, Middle East Technical Univeristy, Turkey. They were accompanied by Ms. Guliz Bilgin Altinoz and Ms. Nida Nayci. In attendance: Paul Arenson, Manager, Knowledge and Communication Services and Gamini Wijesuriya, Project Manager, Sites Unit.

On 19 April, ICCROM received a visit from a group of twelve students following the Course on Conservation of Cultural Heritage at the Scuola di Specializzazione in Beni Archeologici, Università degli studi di Milano. They were accompanied by Ms. Elena Maria Menotti. In attendance: Maria Teresa Jaquinta, Liaison Officer (Co-operation with Italy).

On 15 April, a delegation from the Russian Federation, comprised of Mr. Moslov Pavel, Deputy Director of the Department for Control, Supervision and Licensing in the Sphere of Cultural Heritage (Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation), Mr. Igor Makovetski, Chairman from the Russian National Wolrd Heritage Committee, and Ms. Valentina Sokolova, Cultural Attache from the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Italy, at the invitation of the ICCROM Council Bureau attended and discussed the progress on the adhesion process of the Russian Federation to the Statutes of ICCROM. The meeting was attended by Grellan Rourke, Chairperson; Marián Del Egido, Vice Chairperson Administration; and Alberto de Tagle representing Isabel Raposo De Magalhães, Vice Chairperson Planning. Also in attendence: Stefano de Caro, ICCROM Director-General and Bruno Pisani, Manager of Finance and Administration. |

On 11 April ICCROM received a visit from a group of eight students of Museum Practices Rome Programme of Arcadia University (United States). They were accompanied by Ms. Vicky Kynourgiopoulou. In attendance: Paul Arenson, Manager, Knowledge and Communication Services and Katriina Similä, Project Manager of the Collections Unit. .

On 10 April, the Director-General, received the visit of M. Robert Quarles van Ufford, Director of the Netherlands Commission for UNESCO and Ms. Koosje Spitz, Policy Coordinator Culture, Netherlands Commision for UNESCO. Also in attendance: Catherine Antomarchi, Unit Director Collections Unit and Aparna Tandon, Project Specialist, Collections Unit.
