• Emanuelle Cadet, France: I have returned to my work, as many of us have, with bags of energy and new ideas.

• Jocelyn Cuming, Zealand: It was an absolutely wonderful course that was organized by ICCROM. I think it is a great strength of the course that it encompasses all types of collections, sites and contexts. You also gathered together an amazing kaleidoscope of people, each giving a detail that enriched the whole. I am back to teaching a preservation semester and already I feel the benefits of the course. There are so many benefits it is difficult to enumerate them all.

• Helen Hughes, United Kingdom: Thank you for providing us with such a rich and stimulating four weeks. I do think it has altered by attitude already.

• Nguyen Tung, Vietnam: The course is very useful for my job. I have written two articles about Rome and conservation institutes in Rome, Florence and Paris.
