ATHAR courses and workshops emphasize progressive development of methods and approaches for the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage in the region. They often focus on field activities, ensuring that the programme is rooted in the realities of the field while responding to the identified priority needs and approaches that can be applied to real-world examples (pilot sites).
