In collaboration with partners, the programme will implement an ‘Applied Specialized Course on Conservation of Stone Masonry and Earthen Structures in the Arab Region.’ 

This will train specialists in the conservation of stone masonry and earthen architecture. It will take place in a Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) country and will use sites in the area for applied work by participants.

The length of the course will be one month and it is expected to take place in 2009.
