In the wake of the devastating earthquakes in Central Croatia, ICCROM extends it solidarity to the government and people of Croatia, including all of its heritage professionals.
ICCROM has, in recent years, been working with heritage professionals from Croatia and other countries in the region on issues of heritage conservation and in particular, First Aid to Heritage in Times of Crisis as part of our First Aid and Resilience Programme. ICCROM stands ready to provide technical assistance to secure affected cultural heritage with our colleagues in Croatia.
