ARS Progetti is an international consultancy firm based in Rome (www.arsprogetti.com) and looking for a Conservation Engineer.
Our restoration projects mainly concern WHS worldwide.

STARTING DATE: October 2022. (Other assignments prior to the date can be agreed upon)
DURATION 12 months, renewable. 3 months trial period.
WORK LANGUAGE: English, Italian and Arabic is an asset

Resident Engineer in Abu Dhabi:
* Provide expertice, guidance and monitoring during the dismantling of reinforced concrete foors and roofs of an historic building registred as National Heritage.
* Guarantee the protection of the decorations, and architectural finishes.
* Guarantee the respect of the prescription of the Conservation Management
* Assess the condition of selected bearing veritical walls, in doubt to be kept.
* Provide specialized services as needed in close cooperation of other ARS experts.
* Coordinate and lead the experts mobilized to the scope.
* Support the Director of Abu Dhabi Branch in the management of the assignment and in the liason with AD Department of Culture and Tourism.
