Patrimonio amenazado: Evacuación de emergencia para colecciones patrimoniales

ICCROM is proud to announce the release of the publication, Endangered Heritage: Emergency Evacuation of Heritage Collections in Spanish and in Turkish.

The Spanish edition is available thanks to the dedication and hard work of the Servicio Nacional del Patrimonio Cultural of the Chilean Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage. Tailored to a Latin American audience, the publication comes at a time when ICCROM is working to expand its offer and services in Latin America and the Caribbean. It therefore comes as an extremely welcome contribution to providing greater access to ICCROM’s knowledge material in general, and content coming out of the First Aid and Resilience flagship programme in particular.

The Turkish translation is the result of a close and longstanding collaboration with ICOMOS-ICORP Turkey. Since the inception of ICCROM’s capacity building in First Aid to Cultural Heritage in times of Crisis, ICORP Turkey’s expertise has greatly enriched the quality and substance of both training and on-the-ground disaster recovery efforts.
