On 9 May 2024, at our headquarters in Rome, ICCROM and ACCU Nara (the Cultural Heritage Protection Cooperation Office of the Asia-Pacific Cultural Centre for UNESCO) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to bolster cultural heritage protection efforts in the Asia-Pacific region.
On 9 May 2024, ICCROM formalized a Memorandum of Understanding with the World Urban Planning Education Network (WUPEN), marking a significant milestone in our joint commitment to advancing sustainable development and the protection of cultural heritage globally, especially within rapidly urbanizing areas.
On 5 April, ICCROM Director-General had the honour of receiving a courtesy visit from H.E. Nosipho Nausca J. Ngcaba, Ambassador of South Africa to Italy.
From 12 to 13 March the Director-General was in Paris for institutional meetings with Member States, partners and UNESCO representatives.
On 17 January 2024, the Director-General of ICCROM, Aruna Francesca Maria Gujral, had the honour of receiving H.E. Carlos Garcia de Alba, Ambassador of Mexico to Italy, also accredited to Albania, Malta, and San Marino.
On 16 January 2024, the Director-General of ICCROM, Aruna Francesca Maria Gujral, received a courtesy visit from H.E. Mirta Granda Averhoff, Ambassador of Cuba to Italy.
يسرنا الإعلان عن بدء عمل السيدة أرونا فرانشيسكا ماريا غوجرال كمديرة عامة لمنظمة إيكروم. حيث بدأت السيدة غوجرال ولايتها رسمياً في كانون الثاني/ يناير 2024، ذلك بعد أن رشحها مجلس إيكروم وتم تعيينها من قبل الدول الأعضاء خلال الاجتماع الـ 33 للجمعية العامة في تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 2023.
في 20 آذار/ مارس 2023، عقدت إيكروم اجتماعها الإعلامي السنوي الثاني، وذلك بحضور ممثلين عن الدول الأعضاء لدينا والمراقبون الدائمون من جميع مناطق العالم.
We are currently seeking the Director-General for ICCROM who is responsible for leading, managing and developing ICCROM to continue to fulfil its mission, vision, and strategic directions and objectives.
عقدت الدورة الـ 97 للمجلس التنفيذي لإيكروم على مدار يومين، وذلك بتاريخ 26 و 27 تشرين أول/ أكتوبر 2022. وكان من دواعي سرورنا أن نرحب بالحضور الشخصي لعدد من أعضاء المجلس في المقر الرئيسي لإيكروم، وذلك للمرة الأولى منذ ثلاث سنوات. وتم عقد الدورة بشكل مختلط ما بين الحضور الشخصي والحضور الافتراضي عبر الانترنت، حيث استطعنا أيضاً ضم الأعضاء الذين لم يتمكنوا من التواجد في روما.
