Copies may be made of Library items, subject to the following conditions:
- The scanner provided for this purpose may only be used 15 minutes at a time. It is possible to use your own handheld devices: scanners or photo cameras. In both cases, the service is free of charge.
- Users may make self-service photocopies (charged 0.15 € each), using library equipment.
Users are solely responsible for complying with copyrights, personal rights, and other third-party rights when scanning or using copies. In particular, users should note that under European copyright legislation, only up to 15% of library materials may be copied.
Users will be requested to compile a special form to get a permission to reproduce material.
