International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property Eighteen participants from 17 countries have gathered at ICCROM to attend the third international course on Course on First Aid to Cultural Heritage in Times of Conflict. The course aims at building capacity for cultural heritage protection in conflict afflicted areas of the world.
On Friday 28 October, the International Course on First Aid to Cultural Heritage in Times of Conflict came to a close. Participants received their certificate at an inspiring farewell celebration in the presence of all ICCROM staff.
A pilot ICCROM course on First Aid to Cultural Heritage in Haiti, held at the Cultural Recovery Centre in Port-au-Prince, was successfully concluded on Friday 10 September 2010.
