The 2022 Guidance and Toolkit for Impact Assessment in the Context of World Heritage is continuing to spread around the world, becoming a fundamental resource for those managing and working with World Heritage. As its dissemination continues, the need for the Guidebook and Toolkit in various languages increases.

Now, thanks to the Cultural Heritage Administration (CHA) of the Republic of Korea and Narodowy Instytut Dziedzictwa of Poland, the Guidance and Toolkit is available for free download in Korean and Polish.

World Heritage Resource Manual  Now available in  Korean and Polish!

These new translations bring the number of translations to seven, including Arabic, French, Japanese and Macedonian, in addition to the original English. 

By providing key guidance and manuals in different languages, we are improving the accessibility and availability of essential resources. It is crucial that heritage professionals have the tools they need to assess the potential impacts of development projects and changes on World Heritage sites, and this translation is an important step in that direction.
