With the support of Our Collections Matter, we aspire to help our institution reaching its goals of designing and developing best practices in collections care as well as integrated heritage management and protection of its cultural heritage within a historical building and its collections.
The project of incorporating tools such as risk management and disaster risk preparedness and procedures for emergencies has been included as a priority within our museum’s strategic management, which is within the overall university goals towards its 2025 plan of action.
In addition, we wish to highlight the role of the university museum and its collections in the context of the UN Sustainable Development Agenda.
