What are the threats facing cultural heritage globally? What are the best preservation solutions emerging among experts and local communities?

Villa Albertine and World Monuments Fund are pleased to announce the collaborative launch of Heritage Speaks, a public discussion series exploring the diverse threats facing cultural heritage across the globe, from the impacts of climate change to armed conflict and over-tourism. Scheduled throughout the year, this series of talks will unpack the challenges facing historic places, providing attendees with an expansive forum to learn how we approach global heritage in a changing world.

Starting March 27 in New York, Heritage Speaks will bring together a diverse set of monthly conversations, ranging from the climate-induced erosion of the Nunalleq archaeological site in Alaska to the five-year reconstruction of Notre-Dame of Paris. Free and open to all, secure your seat for the inaugural.
