Those who want to participate in webinars and seminars organized by ICCROM or its partners must provide their contact details (name and surname, email address, city, country and institution) in order to be able to participate as Users (also "Person Concerned"). The data collected will be used to provide distance training, through the platforms made available by ICCROM or other partners for the purposes of performing the institutional tasks of ICCROM (including archiving, historical research and analysis for statistical purposes).
The registration of the webinar will be broadcast on the ICCROM website page and on the Organization’s social channels without the Users being visible. The personal data processing will be carried out manually or by electronic means, in compliance with the limits and conditions set by ICCROM Privacy Policy. The acquired data will be stored in accordance with the Organization’s records retention and disposal schedule.
The contact details of the Person Concerned may be communicated to the co-organizers of the webinars, to the partners, and to the sponsoring bodies, who may use the data to send information material related to the same event or in any case may provide services related only to the event itself.
