On 15 December, ICCROM received the visit of a group of trustees from Barnard and Columbia Universities, New York. They were led by Dr Sian Beilock, President of Barnard College, and by Diana Vagelos, alumna of Barnard College and Vice Chair of the Barnard College Board. The visit was coordinated by Dr Laurie Kalb Cosmo, Professor in Art History at Temple University Rome, who came to ICCROM to participate in the CollAsia programme in 2006.
The group was received by Paul Arenson, Manager, Knowledge and Communication Services; Joseph King, Sites Unit Director; Theocharis Katrakazis, Associate Project Officer – Heritage Science; and Florence Lamy-Joly, Resource Management Officer.
