The immersive and hands-on FAC courses seek to prepare proactive cultural first-aiders who have the ability to assess risks to cultural heritage during emergency situations and take actions to mitigate those risks while humanitarian and peacekeeping operations are underway. The topics covered in the course enhance participant skills for assessing and responding during complex emergency situations. Simulated emergency events, role-plays and group discussions help in developing leadership skills.
