Visit from U.S.Mission to the UN Agencies in Rome
On 3 March 2022, ICCROM had the honour of welcoming Ambassador Cindy McCain, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Agencies in Rome, who presented her credentials to Director-General, Webber Ndoro.
 
During the meeting, Ambassador McCain and Director-General Ndoro discussed ICCROM's programmes and strengthening collaboration with U.S. institutions directly involved with the conservation of heritage.
 
Ambassador McCain was accompanied by Samuel Rothenberg, Alternate Permanent Representative and Political/Economic Officer, and Naomi Mattos, Alternate Permanent Representative and Public Affairs Officer. Joining from ICCROM's side was Joseph King, Director of the Partnership and Communication Unit and Anna Zeichner, Liaison Officer.
