Today ICCROM staff met with Mr Kilbai Lee, working at the UNESCO World Heritage Centre as a secondment from the Republic of Korea, CHA. We discussed possible ways to strengthen our collaborations on capacity building for World Heritage.
On Tuesday 10 May, the Director-General, Webber Ndoro was honoured to receive a delegation from Australia led by Mr James Larsen, Deputy Secretary, Department of Agriculture Water and the Environment, Ms Kristy Domitrovic, Advisor at the Permanent Delegation of Australia to UNESCO and Mr Angus Minns, Second Secretary at the Australian Embassy in Italy.
On 21 March, the ICCROM Regional Office in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, received a delegation from the Republic of Korea. Led by H.E. Seokgu Lee, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the United Arab Emirates, they met with the Director of the ICCROM Regional Office, Zaki Aslan and staff to discuss future possible collaborations in the field of cultural heritage.
On Tuesday 19 April, the Director-General, Webber Ndoro was honoured to meet with H.E. Mr Ričardas Šlepavičius, Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania, H.E. Mrs Solvita Āboltiņa, Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia, and Mrs Anne Mardiste, Counsellor Embassy of Estonia.
Our Fellowship Programme is a valuable part of life at ICCROM. Since its inception, it has brought fresh perspectives, facilitated the exchange of knowledge, and stimulated new avenues of research to enrich the field of heritage conservation.

On 8 March 2022, ICCROM had the honour of welcoming H.E. Khalid bin Youssef Khalifa Abdullah Al Sada, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Italian Republic.
